DOSA Health Fair

You are invited to attend the community health fair organized by the Doctors of South Asia with the help of Florida Hospital, Orlando Regional Hospital, and Central Florida Regional Hospital on May 4, 2008 at the Hindu Society of Central Florida Community Hall, 1994 Lake Drive Casselberry, Florida 32707.

DOSA is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 to join physicians, surgeons and dentists of Indian heritage residing in Central Florida.   DOSA represents approximately 550 physicians who conduct seminars and educational programs three to four times a year.   We support and foster the availability of medical assistance to indigent people in Central Florida.

The community health fair on May 4, 2008 will run from 10 AM to 4 PM.  The program includes display booths, basic health check-ups, health education lectures and screening services provided by volunteer physicians.   Registered nurses and qualified technicians from local hospitals will be checking cholesterol, sugar, blood pressure, vision and hearing. Cardiologists, Urologists, Oncologists and Organ transplant specialists will be giving interactive medical lectures for four hours.

Admission for public will be free.
