Safe Sitter

Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls, ages 11-13, how to handle emergencies when caring for young children.

Safe Sitters Learn:

Pediatric Basic Life Support
Accident prevention
Basic child care for different age groups

All Safe Sitter classes are taught by specifically trained instructors who are interested in teaching teenagers to be medically responsible, creative and attentive babysitters.

Florida Hospital 's Safe Sitter program will be offered at the following locations: Apopka, Altamonte, Celebration, East Orlando, Orlando and Winter Park.

The Schedule for the Altamonte location is as follows:

Family Resource Building #6 - (located by Dunkin Donuts)

8:30 - 3:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday July 15th & 17th

Safe Sitter is a two day course. The $50. 00 fee includes all materials. Classes are for 11-13 year old boys and girls. Lunch is not included. Please bring a bag lunch and drink both days.
