Stress Control Workshop

There are many reasons why a cancer diagnosis may be one of the most stressful experiences a person may ever encounter. Sometimes the coping skills people use to manage stress in their daily lives are sufficient during an experience as stressful as cancer. This workshop is designed for someone with cancer or a caregiver who may find it important to learn new coping skills. This half day workshop is designed to teach skills that will help improve overall quality of life. A meal will be provided. Reservations are required one week prior to program.
