Florida Hospital Altamonte is a hospital with hospitality: introducing our new Concierge Services, designed to assist employees and patients with daily errands! Knowing nagging chores and tasks are taken care of helps free your time and energy, allowing you to concentrate on the healing process.

For our patients

As a hospital patient, or if a loved one is receiving care, you have more important things to worry about than trying to order a birthday cake. That's why we're here.

Our Concierge Service improves your quality of life while you're here, helping to alleviate the stress that comes from trying to multitask from your hospital room. We allow you to focus on your health. Contact the service for such tasks as:

• Purchasing stamps
• Clerical services such as faxes, photocopying and mailing
• Meeting and assisting patient visitors
• Giving hospital tours
• Celebrating patient birthdays and anniversaries
• Helping arrange pet care
• Arranging for a therapeutic pet visit in the room
• Salon services(hair/massage/nails)
• Errand running
• Shopping service
• Food pick-up

For our employees

Our Concierge Service helps employees enjoy a more balanced life, by taking care of some of the personal and family responsibilities that eat up our time and energy. Contact the service for such tasks as:

• Car detailing
• Mailing & shipping items
• Information research
• Making hotel arrangements
• Arranging automobile services such as oil changes and flat tires repaired
• Vacation information
• Concert tickets
• Arranging discount accommodations for out-of-town guests
• Getting clothes to the laundry or dry cleaners
• Ordering flowers
• Personal shopping
• Calling for a taxi or shuttle service

Our concierge services are offered to you at no charge. Your only responsibility is to pay for services rendered by outside companies, such as dry cleaning. If the concierge runs an errand using his or her own vehicle, mileage is reimbursed. Unlike hotel concierge service, tips are not required nor are they accepted. A menu of services is available, but the concierge will try to fulfill suggestions that are not listed.
