How can I pre-register?

Once you have chosen an obstetrician, you can pre-register for your delivery by visiting http://www.floridawomenscenteraltamonte.com.

You will need to bring your license and insurance card to the Registration Desk at Florida Hospital Altamonte - located on the first floor. The registration desk is open Monday - Friday from 5:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. For your convenience they are also open on the weekends from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
