The Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Team at Altamonte is under the medical direction of Mitchell Freed, MD, a board certified physiatrist, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The center is led by Holly Myers, physical therapist, who oversees our team of physical and occupational therapists.
